Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

As a company whose mission is to “Celebrate life, one bite at a time,” we want everyone who steps through our doors to feel welcomed, taken care of – and celebrated!

See below for some of the steps we have taken to ensure that is the case, with the knowledge that we will continue working to deliver on this promise over the long term.

  • Diversity training for all employees, with ongoing participation in DEI programs for company leaders to further our internal education and professional development
  • Auditing our corporate policies to create better environments for, communication with, and understanding of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
  • Facilitating exit interviews with employees to give them the space to candidly share their experiences and acting on their feedback, where possible.
  • Implementing more recruiting, professional development and career development opportunities for BIPOC and the LGBTQ+ community in all positions, including leadership and Board of Director roles
  • Committing to increased racial and gender representation in our leadership and ensuring pay equity across levels

We recognize that the steps above are just the first in a lifelong journey to a more equitable society, and are excited to be working toward something so worth celebrating.
